By installing the self-contained heating and air return system at our manufacturing facility:

#1 High Efficiency Gas Furnace – Offers quiet, energy-efficient operation and eliminates the need for a special ventilation chase.
#2 50 Gallon Electric Water Heater – This dual element quick recovery water heater is located closer to areas where it will be used.
#3 Main Return Air Duct – This duct is large and designed to reduce unnecessary air travel to get the air back to the furnace more quickly for optimum performance.
#4 Main Ceiling Return Air Grill – The large return air grill in the ceiling is positioned to allow the furnace to pull the most non-restrictive air in the home for maximum efficiency.
#5 Return Air Duct-work – The flexible duct allows for easy connection and the shortest distance from the ceiling diffuser to the return air system.
#6 Ceiling Return Air Grills – Strategically located throughout the home to provide essential air flow needed to maintain a comfortable environment.
#7 Wall Grills – Wall grills allows air to move freely from room to room without the need to raise interior doors, which is unattractive and reduces privacy.
#8 Fiberglass Duct System – Provides even airflow for maximum comfort throughout the home.
